Senator Elizabeth O'Connor Little, Republican, is serving her fourth term representing the residents of the 45th Senate District, which comprises Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Hamilton, Warren and Washington Counties. She was first elected to the New York State Assembly in 2002, to represent the 113th Assembly District, which includes Essex County (except St. Armand), Hamilton County, Warren County and six towns in Saratoga County (Corinth, Day, Edinburg, Hadley, Moreau and Providence).
